  • Photograph the package before opening.
  • Note the issue with the delivery personnel, if possible.

10. Partial Shipments

Proof of delivery maintained by the courier or fulfilment partner may be treated as evidence of successful delivery.

12. Ownership and Risk

Ownership of the products passes to the customer upon successful delivery.

The risk of loss or damage transfers upon delivery to the customer or the customer's authorized recipient.

Where tracking information is available, customers will receive shipment updates through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other communication channels.

14. International Shipping
