Welcome to www.iomin.in ("Website"), owned and operated by Nirvanam Products Pvt. Ltd. ("Nirvanam", "Company", "we", "our", or "us").

This Cancellation, Refund & Replacement Policy explains the conditions under which orders may be cancelled, refunded, replaced, or otherwise resolved.

By placing an order through this Website, you agree to this Policy.

1. Our Commitment

At Nirvanam Products Pvt. Ltd., customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to deliver genuine, high-quality IoMin products through our authorized fulfilment network while maintaining the highest standards of product safety, hygiene, and customer service.

Because IoMin products are dietary supplements and wellness products intended for human consumption, certain limitations apply to cancellations, returns, refunds, and replacements.

2. Order Cancellation

A. Cancellation Before Dispatch

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been processed for dispatch.

If the cancellation request is approved:

  • The order will be cancelled.
  • A full refund of the amount received by Nirvanam Products Pvt. Ltd. will be initiated using the original payment method, subject to applicable payment gateway processing timelines.

B. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched from:

  • Nirvanam Products Pvt. Ltd.
  • An Authorized IoMin Business Coach (IBC)
  • An Authorized IoMin Stock Point (ISP)
  • An Authorized IoMin Business Distributor (IBD)
  • An Authorized Retail Partner
  • Any other fulfilment partner officially authorized by Nirvanam Products Pvt. Ltd.

the order generally cannot be cancelled.

3. Return Policy

For reasons of:

  • consumer safety,
  • hygiene,
  • product integrity,
  • quality assurance, and
  • regulatory compliance,

IoMin products are generally not eligible for return once delivered.

This applies even if:

  • the product has been opened,
  • the customer changes their mind,
  • the product is no longer required, or
  • the customer ordered the wrong item.

4. Replacement Policy

Replacement requests may be considered only in the following situations:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.
  • The product received is materially different from the order placed.
  • The product is received with visible manufacturing defects.
  • The product is received in a leaking, broken, or unusable condition.
  • The wrong product has been delivered.

Replacement requests are subject to verification by Nirvanam Products Pvt. Ltd.

5. Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

To facilitate investigation, customers should notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Customers may be requested to provide:

  • Order number.
  • Photographs of the outer package.
  • Photographs of the product.
  • Batch number (where applicable).
  • Description of the issue.
  • Short video (where reasonably required).

Failure to report within the above timeframe may affect eligibility for replacement.

6. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Order cancelled before dispatch.
  • Product unavailable after payment.
  • Duplicate payment.
  • Incorrect amount charged.
  • Order cancelled by Nirvanam Products Pvt. Ltd.
  • Replacement not possible due to stock unavailability.
  • Any other circumstance approved by Nirvanam Products Pvt. Ltd. after investigation.

Refunds shall generally be processed using the original payment method.

7. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds shall generally not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind.
  • Product no longer required.
  • Incorrect product ordered by the customer.
  • Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
  • Customer unavailable to receive delivery.
  • Minor variations in packaging or product appearance.
  • Delays caused by courier companies or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  • Products that have been opened, consumed, tampered with, or used.

8. Quality Assurance Investigation

Where a complaint relates to product quality, Nirvanam Products Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to:

  • inspect the returned product (if requested),
  • examine batch records,
  • review manufacturing documentation,
  • obtain information from the fulfilment partner,
  • conduct internal quality assessments before approving any replacement or refund.

The Company's decision following such investigation shall be final, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Orders Fulfilled by Authorized IoMin Stock Points (ISP)

To improve delivery efficiency, orders placed through www.iomin.in may be fulfilled by an Authorized IoMin Stock Point (ISP) or another authorized fulfilment partner.

Regardless of the fulfilment source:

  • all customer support shall continue to be coordinated through Nirvanam Products Pvt. Ltd. or its designated customer support channels;
  • customers should not directly return products to an Authorized IoMin Stock Point unless specifically instructed by Nirvanam Products Pvt. Ltd.

10. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days.

Actual credit timelines depend upon:

  • banks,
  • payment gateways,
  • card issuers,
  • UPI providers, or
  • other financial institutions.

Nirvanam Products Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.

11. Refusal of Replacement or Refund

Nirvanam Products Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to refuse any request that appears to involve:

  • misuse of the policy,
  • fraudulent claims,
  • repeated unreasonable requests,
  • deliberate product damage,
  • violation of the Website's Terms & Conditions,
  • abuse of promotional offers.

12. Force Majeure

Nirvanam Products Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for delays or inability to process refunds, replacements, or deliveries arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, labour disputes, pandemics, or other force majeure events.

13. Changes to This Policy

Nirvanam Products Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time.

Any revised version shall become effective immediately upon publication on the Website.

Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
